A sphere, a torus, a column, and a cube stand on a floor of just two triangles, lit by a gradient sky or a warm/cool panorama, with diffuse image-based lighting. Cycle presets to compare the default key light, a slowly turning sun under the sky, three colored lamps orbiting, a single lamp at night, and eight lights at once, the most a frame holds. Light is found per pixel, so a lamp's bright spot moves across the floor where no vertex is; each lamp's small sphere shows where it is. Press n to compare the generated relief normal map with the smooth surfaces.
